Order NOW!Once your order has been confirmed, original and outstanding ideas are discussed among the illustrators. The best proposal will be chosen based on your given preferences. Your initial Mascot illustration concept will be ready for your viewing within 48 hours.
Once the initial Mascot illustration concept is completed, we will send you the drawing in both .gif and .jpg format for your viewing. You can then ask for modifications as we allow unlimited edits or even accept it right away, if it suits well to your liking. What is more, you are also entitled for a complete redo, if you ever find it unlike what you had in mind. Our committed illustrators would not give in until you are completely satisfied with the end product.
Ultimately, your chosen Mascot illustration will be delivered to you in an assortment of file formats which are zipped and uploaded to our server for you to download at your own leisure. The link of the download will be sent to you through email. Please take note that files will be removed from the server a week following delivery. If for any reasons you have lost the files, back-up is provided.
